Rules & Regulations

The Janamanjung Fellowship Ride 2024 ("the Event"), is powered by Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("the Event Organiser"). All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Event.
Upon the submission of a successful online application form to participate in the Event, the person named in the online application form ("the Participant") affirms their agreement and acceptance to comply with these rules and regulations.
Registration for the Event is considered complete after the participant has paid the required registration fee and received a registration number via email from the Event Organiser.
All payment is final, and no refund will be provided.
The Participant grants the Event Organiser, as well as the appropriate business partners and agents, authorization to collect, utilise, and disclose his/her personal data for purposes that are reasonably necessary for the execution and promotion of the Event.
The Participant grants the Event Organiser, as well as the appropriate business partners and agents, to utilise any photographs, motion pictures, videos, recordings, or any other documentation of the Event and its Participants for any purposes of commercial advertising and other promotional activities associated with the Event or future events.
By completing the application, the Participant affirms their consent and acceptance to comply with these rules and regulations.
